Apply evenly, daily, 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying and at least every 2 hours. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

I have been purchasing this product for 20 years. My whole family uses it. I use it on my face, arms and legs when I'm out on the lake or at the beach and I don't worry about sunburn. It does not feel sticky/tacky and lasts a long time.
